MAURO SOARES
The Artist.
A renowned plastic artist with a unique and exclusive technique based on Inexistent Color and called by him "Maurilism", Mauro Soares has been working professionally for 53 years, participating in salons, individual and collective exhibitions around the world. With more than a thousand canvases produced, his painting is part of several and several private collections, being present in the USA (New York, Miami, and Los Angeles), Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Portugal, France, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Spain, and China.
The Atelier
Built with a metallic structure in a project by the architect Marilda Coser, Mauro's atelier features a wide, open space, with glass doors all around that adapt to the external environment. On top of a mountain, it has an artist's gallery with more than 60 screens on display and is open for visitation only by appointment.
